Oh my god, okay, so you are not going to believe where this came from.

So, I was at this tiny, adorable little flea market upstate with Phoebe—who, by the way, kept insisting she could hear the “past lives” of the old typewriters, which was a whole separate situation. But anyway, I was digging through this massive, completely chaotic trunk of vintage clothes because I just knew there was a hidden designer gem in there.

Instead, my hand brushes against something metallic at the very bottom, buried under this horribly scratchy 1970s wool poncho. I pull it out, and it’s this watch! It was tucked inside the pocket of this old denim jacket, completely forgotten about.

Immediately, I’m like, “Oh, this is gorgeous.” It has this total retro, sophisticated vibe with the dark face and the little gold studs, and I just knew it would look perfect with my sleeveless black turtleneck. The guy running the booth didn’t even know it was in there, so I got it for next to nothing. Honestly, it’s a total steal, and I am officially obsessed!
