Description
The sun was coming down over a dusty flea market just outside of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Most of the tables were already packed away, leaving nothing but broken cedar chests and rusted farm tools.
Then, behind a stack of faded wool blankets, I saw it. A glint of polished steel.
It was tucked inside a scarred leather cigar box, wrapped carefully in yellowed wax paper. A mid-century Waltham. The dial was clean, unbothered by time. The original ticking mechanism hummed like a well-kept secret the moment I wound it. It didn’t belong in a cigar box. It belonged on an open road.
We paired it with a rugged, tightly woven canvas strap that feels like it’s already crossed two continents. It doesn’t tell people you spent a fortune. It tells them you know where to look.
The Vintage Waltham Canvas Watch. Genuine American utility.
